Lagos Unveils “Keep-fit Lagos” Monthly Fitness Initiative

The Lagos State Sports Commission, in collaboration with the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Sports, Damilare Orimoloye, is set to launch a groundbreaking initiative aimed at enhancing the physical and mental well-being of Lagos residents. The inaugural edition of the “Keep-fit Lagos” monthly aerobics program is set to kick off on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan (formerly known as the Onikan Stadium).
At the Mobolaji Johnson Sports Centre in Rowe Park, Yaba, Lagos State Sports Commission Director-General Oluwatoyin Gafaar made an announcement about this development, highlighting the commission’s dedication to promoting the health and well-being of Lagosians. Gafaar expressed the commission’s dedication to making the monthly exercise program a resounding success, reaching every corner of the state.
